  1. Last 6 (six) months bank statement.
  2. Bank Maintance Latter
  3. Request letter on business letter-head specifying reason for visiting Indonesia.
  4. National Tax Number (NTN).
  5. ticket reservation / itinerary 
  6. Original passport must be valid 18 Months 
  7. 03 Photographs.
  8. CNIC Photo Copy.
  9. Business documents (in case of businessman).
  10. Two photocopies of passport.
  11. Police character certificate

• Visa fee once deposited shall NOT BE refunded in case of visa application is rejected/denied by the authorities in Indonesia.

• All visitors should have a valid return ticket and a passport valid for a minimum period of six month

• However, visa regulations and costs are subject to change

• Over staying in Indonesia your visa will result in fines and detentions.
